Freight:  Costs are additional to the part price and vary depending on the size, weight and final destination. Many listed parts will have a freight cost specified. Should the part purchased not have a specified freight cost, this will require calculation and an email with the cost sent for inclusion in the final price to pay.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery 1-3 business days. Overnight courier additional.

Products: Parts sold are genuine factory used components (unless otherwise stated). All are tested and sold as good used items with acceptable levels of wear and tear from previous use.

Warranty: At Quadparts NZ, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to make every purchase clear and reliable. All parts are checked and tested where possible before sale, to ensure our obligations under the Commerce Commission NZ Fair Trading Act 2013 are met.

          10-Days Return Policy:

• Quadparts NZ offers a 10-day warranty period from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement if a product is found to be faulty or incorrect.

• To request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will arrange an assessment and confirm whether the item qualifies for refund or replacement.

• Electrical items are not covered by our warranty.

  Warranty Coverage:

  – Refunds will not be issued beyond the 10-day return window.

  – The warranty will be void if the part has been modified, dismantled, damaged, or incorrectly installed.

  – Quadparts NZ is not liable for any labour charges, installation costs, or diagnostic fees from automotive repairers.

  Limitations:

  – We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or compatibility issues. Please ensure parts are compatible with your vehicle before purchasing.

  – Quadparts NZ is not responsible for damage to vehicles or other components caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or misdiagnosed faults.

  This policy aligns with automotive industry standards and the Commerce Commission NZ Fair Trading Act 2013.

  Exclusions: Quad Parts do not sell Tyres or Batteries.
